To Korean, Kimchi is not only plain food but a part of life. Kimchi is represented in Korea, which is famous over the world. U.S.A and Japan etc. have imported Kimchi from Korea and it make millions of dollors every year. Kimchi is well known as well-being food. Kimchi included Korean ancestor's wisdom have anti-cancer effect and lactic acid of richness. In globalization, Kimchi is expected to become taste of global, because it's not just for Koreans but it have developed diverse recipe which is right for foreigners.
