ⅰ. Biennale

Biennale is held every two years.
And various artists from the world come to Gwang Ju-cultural city- in order to introduce their art.
Through the biennale, Gwang-Ju can inform its value to the outside and have an economic effects.
The Biennale shows very unique artworks of the year. This event surely needs artists following the ideas of contemporary ages. And it give aesthetic vies to our children.
Now, it becomes the symbol of cultural Gwang-Ju and has a value in itself.


ⅱ. Thanks-giving day in Korea.

One of the holidays in Korea is Choo-Seok(Thanksgiving day).
Many koreans look forward to it. Because, on that day all family members meet and have a good time and have an opportunity to thank ancestors.
We eat Song-pyun(Rice cake), Galbi(Beef rib), Jeon(Fries) and so on. And we visit our ancestors' graves. On this day, watching the full moon, people pray for their hope to the moon.
